Tropical Cyclone Ward is dissipating as it makes landfall in Sri Lanka. The storm slowed greatly in forward movement and now appears to be falling apart as it interacts with land. The storm has become very disorganized and is expected to dissipate within the next 12 hours.posted by KWR | 9:20 AM
