Tropical depression #4 is forecast to become Tropical Storm Claudette by Sunday afternoon before coming ashore in the western Florida panhandle. The storm is showing a tight center of circulation and seems fairly organized but is too close to land to develop significantly before interacting with the coast.posted by KWR | 8:18 AM
